Using easyootd to Buy Products from China

Find the product you want to buy on Taobao/Tmall/1688, copy the link, then paste the product URL into the search bar.

Enter the product name in the easyootd search bar and select from the recommended Taobao, Tmall, and JD products.

Tips
  • If you copy the product link to our platform and then redirect to the DIY order page, this means the product needs your agent to manually purchase. You need to manually fill in the product details and click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”.
Step 2
Place the Order
Method 1
easyootd supports information retrieval for 99% of Taobao/Tmall/1688 products. You can directly select product color, size, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”

Select the items you want to order from the shopping cart and click the “Check Out” button to place your order.

Step 3
Pay for the Order
Place the order, choose a payment method, and pay for the product and the domestic shipping fee in China(the shipping fee for the products to the easyootd designated warehouse).

Tips
  • Multi-currency payments in both foreign currencies and RMB are supported.
  • Enter the destination country and notes for your orders. If value-added services are needed, you can select the corresponding services. After confirming the information is correct, submit the parcel.
Step 4
Agent Helps with Purchasing
Our shopping agent will reach out to the seller and purchase the product you ordered.

Tips
  • Order status change: Under review–Purchased–Seller Sent–Delivered–Being Stored–Stored
  • During the order process, you can reach out to the agent through “Order Inquiry” to provide any additional requirements. If necessary, the agent will get in touch with you via internal message to finalize or confirm the details.
  • If you encounter special order status, you can contact your agent or online customer service at any time.
Step 5
Quality Inspection & Storage
Receipt, inspection, weighing, photographing, and storage. After storage, the orders will be found in “Me” – “Warehouse”. You can check the QC photos under the orders, usually, three free photos will be provided. Enjoy 90 days of free storage, followed by an optional paid extension of up to 90 days. If no extension is purchased (or if fewer than 90 days are purchased), a 28-day grace period will support, during which you may buy “Extend Storage Period” and submit your parcel. Please note that orders exceeding a cumulative total of 180 days (including any extensions) will be automatically destroyed. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy. Feel free to submit your parcel for shipment at your convenience!

  • When storing goods, easyootd’s designated warehouse conducts a strict and professional inspection and takes actual product photos for your review. If specific issues are found, we will notify you promptly.
  • Next, you can submit the stored items for overseas shipping (Steps 6 to 9) or purchase more items to combine and submit for shipping (repeat Steps 1 to 5, then continue with Steps 6 to 9).
  • easyootd’s designated warehouse offers 90 days of free storage.
  • Combining more products for international shipping helps save on shipping costs.
How to Submit a Parcel on easyootd
Step 6
Submit a Parcel
In the “Warehouse” page, select the product, click on Submit Parcel, fill in the overseas recipient’s address information, and choose from the recommended shipping methods.

Tips
  • Some products are subject to shipping restrictions, and not all shipping routes are available. We will filter out the available shipping methods for you, and you can choose from them.
  • We offers value-added services such as Bubble paper/wrap, Vacuum bag, Stretch Film, Parcel Reinforcement, and insurance. You can select these options based on your needs when submitting your parcel. If you have specific packaging requests, please note them when submitting the parcel, and our warehouse team will do their best to accommodate.
  • Rehearsal is a simulated packaging service, not actual packaging. A service fee is required, and you can choose it based on your needs.
Step 7
Pay the International Shipping Deposit
Select a payment method and pay the international shipping deposit, which includes customs clearance fees, warehouse handling fees, and value-added service fees.

Tips
  • You can choose to ship your orders separately or pack them together in one parcel. The orders you submit will determine which products the warehouse combines for shipment, streamlining your shipping process and saving you time.
  • The international shipping deposit for your parcel is an estimated fee based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping line. Once packed, we’ll recalculate the shipping cost based on the final weight and volume. If it’s lower than your deposit, you’ll be refunded the excess. If it’s higher, you’ll only need to cover the difference. This ensures you pay only what’s fair, providing peace of mind as we deliver your shipment safely.
  • Freight calculation standards vary by shipping line to align with each logistics provider’s requirements. For details, visit the “estimate” page.
Step 8
easyootd Shipment
After you successfully pay the international shipping fee, our warehouse team will pack your parcel based on the details you provided. They’ll weigh and measure the volume to calculate the exact shipping cost, which you can view on the “Parcel” page. Your parcel will then be shipped promptly from our Acbuy designated warehouse to its destination through reliable international shipping. You can track it by going to the “Me”-“Parcel”-” Parcel details” page. Sit back and await your parcel—it’s on its way!
