Confirm Receipt (45 Days-Shipping Days)≥7 Days 7 Days On August 1st, a user submitted an international package, which was shipped by easyootd on the same day. After receiving the package, the user confirmed receipt on easyootd on August 7th. Therefore, the after-sales service period for this package will be from August 7th to August 14th (a total of 7 days).

After receiving the package, the user confirmed receipt on easyootd on September 9th. Therefore, the after-sales service period for this package will be from September 9th to September 14th (a total of 5 days).
Non-Confirmation of Receipt 1. “Confirm Receipt” refers to the action where the user confirms receipt of the package and that there are no issues with the items inside. This can be done by going to “Parcel-Parcel details”.
2. “Shipping Days” refers to the number of days the user’s package has been in transit since it was shipped from the easyootd warehouse (calculated in calendar days).
Friendly Reminder 1. After-Sales Application Location: (My Packages → Corresponding Order → Apply for After-Sales). Please provide a detailed description of your issue and upload photos of the package, product, and any other relevant materials. Once easyootd receives your application, we will process it as soon as possible and provide a solution (including but not limited to refund, exchange, or other measures).
2. If the package’s logistics information shows “Delivered” and it has been 3 days or more, easyootd reserves the right to not provide after-sales service.
